Addendum 3-A: Personnel History
Harding was born in the environs of Fremont, California, to fast lives and big money. Through high school, his interests leaned towards the technical, leading him to pursue a technical college after he graduated with average overall marks. Following his graduation with honors, he enrolled with the Fremont police. His aptitude and preference for the technological was recognized, and he was transferred into the Computer Forensics division, where he made Sergeant.
Following the suspicious death of a rich old man in Fremont, routine analysis of the deceased's computer yielded a heavily-encrypted archive. Breaking the encryption led Harding into an investigation that quickly gained the attention of Foundation assets.
He was reported as requisitioned by the FBI to conduct special investigations related to that case, and stationed at Site-34, where he served until [DATA EXPUNGED], leading to his eventual transfer to Site-23.
