Addendum 3-A: Personnel History
D. T. York is the only son of a famous German mezzo soprano and a British Literary historian. His parents raised him according to the controversial "Uberman" theory, and he developed into an incredibly intelligent if unusually energetic child. He attended a series of prestigious private schools in Europe and was routed directly into a Foundation run educational institution (Shoeller Collins Pell institute of higher learning) immediately after graduation from high school. He has since earned a bachelor's degree in Psychiatry and Social anthropology, while training extensively in humanoid object containment protocols. He is considered one of the top SCPHOP authorities in the western hemisphere.
York's thinking was heavily influenced by a paper written by doctor Fredrick Heiden on the ethics of humanoid containment. His mild philosophical bent is a major facet of his personality, and is often evident in his work, wherein he attempts to keep humanoid SCPs "as secure as is reasonably possible while maintaining a humane and and tolerant outlook."
York Transferred to site 23 in the wake of the disappearance of SCP-105, and has been granted the task of inspecting and revamping humanoid containment for the entirety of site 23.
