Addendum 3-A: Personnel History
Mr. Henry Barholemew Conrad is a lawyer, a pencil pusher, and a bureaucrat. Having been picked up by the Foundation after getting a law degree from Harvard University and working as a lawyer for several years, Mr. Conrad has served the Foundation as a clearance administrator for ten fine years. Strangely enough, however, Mr. Conrad was unaware as to the exact purpose or aim of the Foundation for nine of them. Despite handling fair amounts of classified and restricted information, Mr. Conrad mainly pays attention to the access or denial of it, rather than the information itself. Due to the dangers inherent in granting clearance and classifications to the undeserving, over the years Mr. Conrad has turned towards a tendency of denying most, if not all, requests to handle the more sensitive of knowledge the Foundation deals in. After the realization that he worked for a large supersecret trans-governmental organization dealing in reality-warping artifacts and entities, he was sent to Site 23.
