All of these people have the authority to solve squabbles, disputes, and general bullshittery that goes on. Feel free to contact any of them with questions of any sort, and they will happily answer. The best place to do this is in the OOC room. Only Admins can approve characters.

Questions during in-game scenarios are governed by the GM running the scenario.
